Maybe it is a dish from childhood, a favorite shared on your travels or a meal that brings everyone together. Bring us your ideas. We will build a custom menu around your people and your celebration.

Inspired by past celebrations, these ideas are a starting point for your own custom menu. Choose buffet, plated or family-style service. There is no minimum guest count or minimum spend.

A few things before we gather

  • No. We have no minimum guest count and no minimum spend. Tell us about your gathering, whether it is a small celebration or a wedding with all your favorite people.

  • Absolutely. Any cuisine can be our starting point. Bring us the dishes you love, a family tradition or a few favorite flavors, and we will curate a menu for your celebration.

  • Choose a welcoming buffet, a thoughtfully plated meal or family-style dishes passed around the table. We can also discuss grazing stations and cocktail-hour bites as part of your custom menu.

  • We are based in Southwest Colorado and serve Durango, Silverton, Ouray, Telluride, Mancos and Farmington, New Mexico. Travel is available. Tell us where you are gathering so we can discuss the details in your custom quote.

  • We do not offer tastings. We will talk through your favorite flavors, menu ideas and event details together to create a menu that feels like you.

  • Our family responds within 2 to 3 business days. Share your date, venue, estimated guest count and favorite foods, and we will take it from there.

  • Start with an inquiry and a conversation about your celebration. We will prepare a custom menu and quote. Your date is reserved once we receive your signed catering agreement and deposit. Your proposal will outline your deposit and payment schedule.

  • Please confirm your final guest count in writing at least 14 days before your event. This becomes your guaranteed count. Reductions after that deadline do not reduce the total cost, and any increases need written confirmation.

  • Please share dietary restrictions, allergies and ingredient sensitivities during planning and confirm them in writing at least 14 days before your event. We take reasonable precautions, but our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment.

  • Your custom proposal will spell out food, setup, serving equipment, staffing, service hours and catering cleanup. Plates, cups, napkins, flatware, tables and linens are not automatically included. General venue cleanup and alcohol service must be arranged separately in writing.

  • We need adequate space and access for setup and service, along with lighting, water and power. Tell us about your venue early so we can plan the details together.

  • Yes. We maintain liability insurance for catering services, and a certificate of insurance is available upon request.

  • Please let us know as soon as possible. Date changes depend on availability and may involve additional costs. Your signed agreement explains the cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms for your event.
